Overview

Browser Calling requires prepaid dialing minutes. You can purchase phone credits from the Billing Center in your account.

How to Buy Browser Dialing Minutes

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to Admin.

  3. Select Billing Center.

  4. Click Purchase Phone and Texting Credits.

  5. Click Click to Purchase Services/Data.

  6. Select the desired amount of Browser Dialing minutes.

  7. Complete your purchase.

Your minutes will be added to your account after checkout.

Browser Calling Pricing

  • $0.05 per minute

  • Any partial minute is billed as a full minute

For example, if a call lasts 2 minutes and 10 seconds, you will be billed for 3 minutes.

Dial-In Feature Pricing

If you use the Dial-In feature:

  • An additional $0.05 per minute applies

This means total charges may be $0.10 per minute when using Dial-In.

Common Issues and Solutions

Problem: I don’t see the option to purchase phone credits.
Solution: Confirm that you have billing permissions. If needed, contact your account administrator.

Problem: My Browser Calling is not working.
Solution: Check your available phone credit balance in the Billing Center. Purchase additional minutes if your balance is low.

Problem: I purchased credits but do not see them.
Solution: Refresh your browser and review your balance in the Billing Center. If the balance does not update, contact support.
